Hey friends!
Yes I am back, yes I am alive..thanks for sending me the messages asking about me. I have taken a while off from blogging just because the best way to describe it is...I was in a funk. But im pulling myself out no worries!
So update on my weightloss..I havent gone crazy and fallen off the wagon completely. I have gained back about 10 lbs. I think my last weightloss update I was at like 45ish lbs lost I think.
I have been going to quite a few doctor appointments to discuss blood sugar, stress and having a baby. Not quite sure exactly how much of it I will share because my focus for this blog is mostly weightloss. But it kind of all goes together and will directly affect each other. So be patient if I dont give you exact details on it all. I will keep you updated though on my weightloss progress though.
I am starting back this week doing my go to lunches..protein and green veggie. I am eating Roasted Chicken with broccoli this week for lunch. I am allowing myself one free day for lunch and we are going out for dinner this week for a special occasion, so I am just going to try to control my weaknesses. I am going to work out 3x this week for 30 minutes. I dont want to jump into anything hardcore right off since I havent been doing much lately.
